Picked up Friday(ordered 3/22) and took it straight to friends house for him to wrap in clear protective 3m wrap. He's done a number of our vehicles and its saved us a lot of damage. He finished yesterday and got it home where I immediately started with my RockHard aluminum bumper I use to tow behind my RV. Got the bumper and the Warn Zeon winch on last night. This am run the wires, and tighten up all the bolts, etc. Next will be to also install my new 13k lum lights from Rough Country and run wires along side winch wires.

Phase 2 will start on Rock Slide Engineering step sliders, and the rest of the "stuff" purchased before hand......

Note: Black JLUSport is our 1st jeep at age 63 and it got us addicted, been so much fun. Letting it go on vroom, wow!!!

Finished tightening the bumper bolts and mounting the winch. The winch was an absolute "BEAR". Took me about 2hrs as it would not go into the RH mounting plate because of the frame on the 21. Had a hard time with the 2018 but not near what this 21 gave me. Required a lot of grinding and attempts before done. Whew!

The RoughCountry lights were a piece of cake. Folks at RC gave me some insights as to how to hook it up to AUX switch 4. Can't wait til it gets dark so I can really see how the 13.5k lumens shine!

Side steps tomorrow, as we just got hits with bad storms......

Rock Slide Engineering step sliders installed. Got them installed in 3 hrs, but took me 1 day to get the wiring right. Not as young and flexible as I used to be. Issue really was there were no instructions to hook the 3 wires up to the on\off switch, so I had to wait till next day when tech support opened up (MTN time) before I could get the connection scheme. Once done, worked perfectly. Now off to installing the door delete kits, and the "Squadbox" security compartment.

I installed the door delete kit on the driver side only. I like the way I can control when the step deploys and retracts.

Finished the install of the Squadbox. While it really looks nice, its not a product I would choose knowing what I know now. It is very cumbersome\tedious to install, directions are terrible, and not all of the hardware came that was needed. And the fit is a little off....

Hope they call soon so I can get my lift, wheels, and 35s.....

Picked up from dealer shop yesterday after they finally got my wheels, tires, and lift installed. Few more things to finish it off, eg, hi-lift jack mount on tailgate, Tazer Mini, and I should be ready.

35x12.5 Nitto Ridge Grapplers, Fuel Coverts, and 2.5" ready lift.

Drove a lot different on way home. Feels like the lift had to biggest negative impact on handling....
