Maximus-3 JL "SLP" Hoop (Striker/Low-Profile Hoop)

Check out our new addition to the JL Hoop & Stinger line-up. The Maximus-3 JL "SLP" Hoop is like two hoops in one because it can be mounted in two different orientations. Striker orientation = leans forward. And Low-Profile orientation leans backwards towards the grille.
Also we are offering the SLP in two color options: RED and BLACK (both include our Zinc Primer base coat)
The Maximus-3 SLP hoop is sold with/without reinforcement brackets which tie the hoop to the chassis frame for added strength and protection.

Features: a heavy duty 2.5" steel tube, TIG welded flanges, dual powder coat finish, 100% bolt-on installation, no cutting or drilling.

Hi @Aggie, There is about 4" of height difference between JL Classic & JL SLP.
I just measured the parts: JL SLP = about 8" tall & JL Classic = about 12" tall
We are proud of our dual direction design. We think customers are going to enjoy that customization feature.

Thanks, that is not bad at all! (Mopar winch guard is 9 lbs but is a much shorter 2 inch pipe).

I left a question for you guys on YouTube but you may be able to answer it here. In your video of winch installation, you mentioned have to bend the frame a little bit for Zeon 10s. Is it just for Zeon? What about other winches like VR. I am deciding which mounting plate to buy, and apparently bending the frame is not an ideal option for me.

Bending is only necessary on Zeon series winches. The VR series is 100% bolt-on (zero modification to the Jeep) The VR is what we consider a "small body" winch. All small body winches are easy to install and do not require any modifications.

Got your SLP hoop with reinforcement brackets and the install was pretty straight forward with the instructions, just the right look I was going for.

Do you guys plan on making brackets to mount lights on your guards similar to the mopar mount ( on top of the guard not on the bumper)? I know there are universal mounts out there I can use but I would prefer not to.

Great question @Maximusdafarmer , Yes we are designing a light mount bracket for the hoop. It is going to be very sturdy and not slide around at all, even with heavy lights. This new part should be available soon.
