Maximus-3 knows that Jeeper's love their lights. That's why we designed a variety of bolt-on light brackets for the JL Wrangler. We have you covered with brackets for the front bumper, side(peripheral), and rear. Plus light brackets for our Maximus-3 JL Roof Rack System & JL Tire Carrier

If you are searching for high-quality lights, consider adding a pair of TYRI Lights - the official lighting partner of Maximus-3. They are extremely bright, made in America, IP69K rated against dust and steam high-pressure water ingress, and many more great features. Long story short, TYRI Lights manufactures the best LED lights we've ever tested. We are proud to endorse TYRI lights and they will soon be available on www.maximus-3.com

BRACKETS:

Maximus-3 Dual Auxiliary Light bracket (part# JL1007AB) Designed to work with most Auxiliary lights with a vertical mounting stud. Fits up to an 8" diameter light. The bracket bolts directly to the factory Rubicon Steel Bumper using factory holes - no drilling necessary. Works great along with our other Maximus-3 bumper accessories.

Maximus-3 JL LED Light Brackets - 10" (part#JL1010LB) works with most 10" LED light bars with horizontal mounting bolts. The brackets are 100% bolt-on. These brackets are compatible with all of our Maximus-3 Hoops, Stingers, and other bumper accessories.

Next up, the Maximus-3 JL Cube LED Light Brackets "a.k.a. peripheral light bracket" (part# JL6003CL) 100% bolt-on. The clever mounting location allows your windshield to be flipped down without interfering with the lights & brackets. They are tucked away between the fender and side view mirror.

Would the front/ hood of the car block a significant amount of light due to the position? Would you have a picture of how the light would look like?

Hope these pictures help. The mounting location is pretty optimal for throwing light just over the fender.
Works great to illuminate the side (peripheral)

I tried installing, but have an issue getting those dang clips out of the bumper so I gave up. Any tricks to getting those suckers out?
There are a few tricks to get those pesky u-clips out. I recommend a tiny flat-head screwdriver and a little pick/hook tool.

First, we wedge a flat-head screw driver between the two pieces of sheet metal on the bumper. (creating space to work with).
Next, on the clip there is a little release tab that needs to be pried-up (unlocks the u-clip)
Lastly, we slide out the u-clip.

It can be a little tricky, so we are in the process of uploading a helpful video ASAP. For now see this picture showing the release tab.
As always, feel free to give us a call at 248-821-6654.

Ok got the clips out. Question
When removing the bumper M20 hex bolt and installing stinger brackets when you replace the bolt goes the washer go between the Jeep frame and the bracket or between the bracket and the bolt? In other words on the underside if the bracket or over?

The washer goes between the bolt and the reinforcement bracket.

Hi @Maximus-3, Have you considered putting together a back up light kit for the JL Rubicon? Something with a discrete LED lamp/s location bracket, wiring into the taillight?
