Maximus-3 is proud to introduce our upcoming JL premium full geometry correction lift system, named the Maximus-3 JL Geo-Lift System. Current phase: on vehicle testing
Basic Intro: Countless hours of engineering went into designing a JL lift system with optimal geometry, superb ride quality, and off-road performance. Basically adding height while improving both on/off road drive-ability.
A few features:
* Correct front & rear track bar angles
* Correct caster angle
* High steer kit with SteerSmarts Yeti XD flipped Draglink
* High positioned steering stabilizer
The Maximus-3 Geo-Lift System is performing beyond expectation. We can't wait to bring this gem to market. There are a lot of companies providing ways to lift a JL but the Maximus-3 system is undoubtedly one of the best. Expect a more detailed write-up as we get closer to launch. Cheers!
Here's a little Suspension 101: from Maximus-3
Suspension is a system of components (parts) between the wheels and the frame of your Jeep. A suspension is comprised of many different components such as: coil springs, shocks, control arms, track bars, sway bars, etc. When talking suspensions, it’s also important to discuss steering & drive-train components such as: drag links, pitman arms, steering stabilizers, drive shafts, etc. All these parts have independent duties and functions, but they all work together in a synergistic system.
As you lift the height of the Jeep, it changes geometric arrangement and operation of the components listed. For optimal ride quality your lift-kit should address and fix ALL these changes. If not addressed/fixed you may experience issues like: excessive bump steer, poor handling, sloppy steering, and even the dreaded death wobble.
Engineering an ideal suspension lift-kit is not an easy task. It requires a lot of Geometry, calculations, and many scenarios of “if we change this, then this happens.” Every action has a reaction - type of thing. We had to consider how every component would operate during the full articulation cycle.
As you can see there are a lot of factors to consider and address. But no need to worry…Maximus-3 hit the LAB, figured it out, and are confident we are bringing you a top of the line product. Here is a little about how we did it.
PROS:
CONS:
We paid attention to every detail and innovated a full suspension system that provides the added lift at an arguably better ride quality than OE. That’s what makes Maximus-3 a step above the rest!

- Corrected the front control arm angles via a drop-bracket which makes for a smooth ride
- Corrected the caster angle which creates more stability
- Re-positioned the front and rear trackbars: to center the body over the axles and define the roll center.
- Optimized the geometrical behavior of the trackbar and drag link
- Switched to a “High-Steer Kit”: by utilizing STEERSMARTS XD flipped drag link for nice tight steering
- Relocated the steering stabilizer to a better operating angle and safer location above the tie-rod.
- Optimal driveshaft to differential angle within the complete articulation cycle.
PROS:
- Geometric correction of every suspension and steering component
- Having the best-riding lifted JL.
- Reduced stress on parts and components
- Enjoying your commute
- Increased height/clearance
- Increased performance on & off-road
CONS:
- Not many come to mind
- 4 holes need to be drilled
- Requires buying a new drag link
We paid attention to every detail and innovated a full suspension system that provides the added lift at an arguably better ride quality than OE. That’s what makes Maximus-3 a step above the rest!
