Max Tire size for 19 Rubicon NO LIFT

Does the clearance differ significantly for the 2019 Sahara? I'm running stock alloys and lift, but looking at the Fuel Vapor and wondering if there's any issue there.

Yes. Your fenders are lower.
These are 315/70r17 on stock wheels no spacerand stock suspension. The Bfg K02s run smaller than a true 35. With Sahara fenders they rubbed on my buddies off-road.

HI. Looks nice - I have the same JL. Can you run these tires with the bumper complete or do you need the ends removed?

You do not have to remove the ends. Plenty of room. Only the plastic bumpers with the euro fillers rub with larger tires.
