Marketplace - Fatal Error?

2020 JLUR picked up on Jan 3 - I have both ORP and Marketplace apps on the UConnect however every time I launch marketplace it shows a logo for the marketplace then times out and shows a fatal error screen. Is anyone else seeing the same thing? Does this app have any value other then wasting space?

go to settings app. reset is there. you will lose all data

Unfortunately even after updates mine is still doing it. I pretty much use CarPlay for everything so I gave up on fixing it for now. my battery also fully died over the last few months due to lack of usage for awhile which I assume acted as a hard reset and that did not solve it either.
