Manual Transmission Delivered?

Wut? Are you saying Jeep has done an exemplary job with the manual fix? Is this round 4? Sorry I said the Bronco word. Sounds like you took it personal. Bronco bronco bronco bronco…
Did I say that? Did Ford contact you before anyone else and tell you what the fix was for your Bronco Clutch?

As I said when they release the fix I am sure you will know just like "Those guys at Bronco told people"

Your grammar and punctuation is atrocious…in.every.single.post. It’s brutal.
Is that all ya got Siggy ? ... why not come back with why your employee Stellantis is not supporting the manual transmission buyers .

I don’t have a Bronco. But yes, it seems like you’re uneducated on the matter so no reason to speak to it. You added nothing of value. You have an auto. Do you know how to drive a manual?

I don't know what you are talking about. This is hands down the best manual Jeep I have ever driven (2018 JL 2DR Rubicon). My only complaint is in reverse it stalls like crazy with any type or resistance.
Try turning off the hill start assist, if you haven't... it likes to hold the brakes at the wrong times. Made backing up my driveway more difficult than it should have been.

I wouldn’t order a manual. Or I’d change my order to the auto. Sad to say.
The JL manual is awful to drive on road. Off-road is honestly one of the worst feeling trans I’ve ever driven. I had 3 JKs, all manual trans and were great.
This is the first auto jeep I’ve ever been in.

I don’t understand how anyone who’s driven manuals can test drive one of these and be ok with it.
It has no feel the whole throw of the clutch, the engagement point can’t be felt. You only know it’s engaging when you’re starting to roll. Nothing in the pedal.
I’ve driven tons of manual trans for the last 30 years. And this is what the 7th recall since the JL launched.
Completely agree, I actually just moved on to the Bronco, way better 7MT, sorry Jeep, I'll come back when the manual is sorted, or just get a TJ.

You think Jeeps QC is bad? Wait until you get a Bronco. Did they finally resolve their manual issues? They have been on stop sale for over a year.... because they are garbage.

They seem to have a fix now that 2023 are being delivered. They will most likely use whatever fix they have on production first then move to recalls.
Makes one wonder if FCA is waiting for the 23 MTs to get some time in customer hands, to make sure everything is good to go, before even considering shipping any 24 MTs...

I have it, I've had it for 4 months now, zero issues. It was built in February 2023, I read the issues regarding the sync and checked my transmission # versus the ones that have had it, I've had absolutely none of that. I've wheeled it and driven it 4000 miles.

The other bonus is the 2 door size is just enough to fit all of my gear (kiteboard, mtb, etc.).

You get a 2dr or 4dr? Badlands?
2 Door Badlands, had reserved it in July 2021, wasn't going to take delivery of it until I drove it, the smoothness of the manual is what did it for me (and the 2 door). I hate the 4 door. Also, for all of the bitching about dealers, the small town dealer I worked with did invoice pricing with no dealer fees plus upfront rebate of the price difference from when I ordered it originally (roughly $4500). Walked out with it for $44k, sold my '21 JL with 13,500 miles on it for $45k to Carvana.

Yeah maybe but I think they are just going to take care of the back log first for sure.

I am sure they will say what the fix is once it gets to the recall. We all want to know!

Looks like what I had on order before I gave up on Ford and bought the Jeep.

The only people who love the JL manuals are the ones who never use it off road ,to the extent of its capability's . And they are ruining it for the ones that do .
I'm going to have to disagree with you on that one. I enjoy the hell out of it off-road. Sure I wouldn't mind a little more clutch feedback but if the recall doesn't fix that a CF will. The Rubi 4:1 T-case is fantastic, it shifts like butter and 4.10's/33's match up just about perfect.

Yeah, I turned that off day one. Forward she's great but in reverse it could be lots better. I really am looking forward to seeing how they fix the issue. I almost got an automatic this go around but I'll try the stick once more.
