It was to be expected, but reading the Changes from an AllPar article this morning, I too couldn't help but wonder . . . where are Ralph Gilles and Jim Morrison (not of the Doors, ha) ? Not a fan of "over-burdening" upper management with so many levels of "stress" !? Just to save a few million ? Why not hire one or 2 new folks to spread out some of that "stress" and perhaps it might Improve the overall "Quality" issues, IF they can indeed instill a new level to Quality thru some innovative techniques not yet tried at FCA !? Any thoughts ?
