Photo dump of the 🧇 on a few recent wheeling trips. Went to Windrock 2 weekends ago and Uwharrie today. Slowly but surely getting the setup dialed in. Added a bumpstop pad to the rear after Windrock, need to trim a little more on the rear fenders then it’ll be done. Definitely need to get the hydro assist on ASAP. Overheated the power steering today at Uwharrie.

Few shots of Panther Rock (Trail 51) at Windrock

Few shots on Trail 16…love this trail! The ruts are crazy! Definitely need some tire poke or you’ll rip your fenders off

Couple photos and short videos from Uwharrie today. Ran Dickey Bell (91) and Daniel (390). Finally made it up Gatekeeper on Daniel without bypassing it or winching! 40s and Wontons were the answer 🤣 Rock sliders came in handy a few times! Have a few new scrapes on the skids, sliders, diffs and front bumper. Really need to get the Next Venture skids installed…

Top of Daniel

Installed the AWE Switchpath exhaust last week. Was getting tired of the Magnaflow Rock Crawler on the highway and wanted to go back to a valved exhaust because of my newborn. Also wasn’t 100% happy with the sound quality of the Magnaflow. It took away some of the bark/burble of the stock valved exhaust in performance mode.

SO HAPPY I made the switch to AWE. It sounds insane in performance mode now, especially on cold starts. They are giggle worthy 😂 Turning off performance mode quiets it down some but it’s still not as quiet as stock. But it is quieter than the Magnaflow RC to my ears. Great fit/finish/attention to detail, instructions were very thorough. This will hopefully be the last exhaust I run on Blue Waffle!

I plan to install the PSC hydro assist kit with a buddy next month before my local wheeling areas re-open April 1. This thing needs hydro assist when aired down. Also need to get my transmission re-flashed as I’m having shift flare on the 7-8 upshift and an occasional harsh shift on the 1-2 upshift. After that and the PSC install I’m going to work on installing my Next Venture skid plates.
