No i havenāt. Iām gonna drop it off my next day off and hopefully they can at least do that. Hopefully that will solve the issueDid you get TSB for the related Sw fix?
Whats your build date?My apologies if bumping this is a no-no, but I have a 3 week old JL Sahara that just locked up on me same as the OP while doing 60-65 on the highway. Dropping below 50 brought my steering back to me. Taking it into the shop on Monday to see if someone can tell me what happened.
Very odd as the TSB to fix this has a cutoff of early May. I was under the assumption that all Jeeps after that date had the software that fixes the issue on them.July 2018

Good luck getting one of these worthless dealerships to flash your software given your build date is outside the applicable range.
Take it in and show them my videoMy apologies if bumping this is a no-no, but I have a 3 week old JL Sahara that just locked up on me same as the OP while doing 60-65 on the highway. Hi Kalinakov,Sad and confusing update to my situation.
I was driving on a city road, rainy conditions this afternoon. Doing no more than 45 on a 4 lane street, the steering locks up again, same as on the highway but at much slower speed. Dropping below 40 freed it up again.
