Maine JL owners?

I have a set of 2020 JL Sport S 3.6L Batteries for cheap. Used for 6 months then removed in favor of a Genesis Dual Battery system. They were put on occasional float charger and are just sitting on the shelf. They are in need of a Jeep. They are Located in Wilton/Jay/Dixfield environs.

Finally got around to installing the Rock Hard 4x4 sport cage for my Jeep. Now they're out and awaiting powder coat.

So my wife and I explored the back roads of western Maine in our Jeep on vacation last week. We were camping in Weld, drove across the Byron road to Coos Canyon, up the Bemis Track road to the south end of Mooselookmeguntic Lake, down the South Arm road to South Arm and Andover, across the Upton road to Rt. 26 north of Grafton Notch. Stopped for ice cream in Andover and there was an old CJ parked in the field behind the ice cream shop. Notice that the grass under it is mowed so it probably runs.

I've lived in Maine for most of my life and never been to these places. It was a beautiful drive and the public boat launch at the south end of Mooselookmeguntic was an excellent place for a picnic lunch and a swim. The Byron road, Bemis Track road, and about half of the South Arm road are dirt. Pretty smooth but the occasional rock sticking up or washout so a Jeep is much nicer than a car for them.

Got around to install front and rear bumpers from Motobilt, Quadratec Stealth synthetic winch and the Mopar window deflectors. Powder Coating was done by Cobra Powder Coating and they did an amazing job. Saving up for the wheels, tires and lift now.

Finally got the Jeep lifted. TeraFlex 3.5in ST3 Lift, 1.5in coil spacer in the front, Fox Remote Reservoir Shocks, Method Wheels and Maxxis Rzr MT tires.

Anyone looking for a nice easy ride with a great view check out Quill Hill north of Rangeley on rt 16.

from there you can travel by dirt road into northern New Hampshire to Diamond Ridge that is a bit more challenging but doable with a stock jeep.
