I just bought my first jeep (JLUS so no side steps) a couple weeks ago and already have several rock chips in my rear door hinge with like 1200 miles :O(((

The rails extend to the bottom of the fenders so it should help protect the hinges provided your wheels don’t extend much past the fenders. I have 35” BFGs mounted on OEM rims, so mine are still within the fenders.do these help with rock chips on the hinges.
