I'm betting no one is really thinking of this for the most part. I could be wrong but I would think about 99% of Jeep wrangler lifts are either regular suspension lift or spring spacers.

Thanks for the input. I looked at a few lift kits for the JLU Wrangler, and it looks like you are right. Most of them are suspension lifts/spacers.

I'll go with the frame-mounted rock sliders.

They haven't actually shipped yet, but I did just get my tracking numbers for my order placed on 11/14. Hopefully everyone else should be getting their's soon too!

You guys ordered about a month before I did, so I am glad that there is some movement. I have not gotten shipping info yet, but my fingers are crossed. Maybe sometime this week.

I received a short reply from Anthony this morning simply stating that they started shipping this week, no other update for those of us that ordered later.

Of course I’m out of town the week I’m supposed to be able to pick mine up. But no email yet saying they are ready.

We installed the 2dr @ROAM frame mounted steps/rails on our JL and they are great! Slightly more gap than the body mount version, but that is to be expected to clear with body mount flex etc. Where I was a little concerned with the body mounted steps on our 4dr's offroad I have no fear the way the 2dr's are mounted. My wife came down fairly hard on a rock in our 4dr with body mounted steps but they didn't budge. I was spotting her, and there was no way around it (due to her height) but they held up great! I can't say the same about my nerves.

How are they holding up? Do the step/rails help with preventing rocks from hitting the rear fenders?

They are holding up great. With the stock wheel/tire setup I can imagine they would do great at keeping rocks from hitting the flares, but @TankCustomsAlex went with some fairly aggressive offset beadlocks that stick out past the flares/steps.

We just picked ours up today. Hopefully will get this installed this afternoon. They look great and I’ll provide a ton of protection in Moab!

Waiting on Anothy to send me an invoice, have the JLUR on order and seeing they are local I’ll go pick it up when ready. Getting the frame mounted set.
