Awesome picture thank you so much I will definitely look for this but it sounds like it’s coming from the passenger side frame of the jeep it’s so weird the noise is no where’s near the visor
Mine didn't sound like it was coming from the visor either...but it was.

If your hard top forward bolts are not tight you get this sound. Its a tick tick tick from right over your head. Even after tightening I still get it but mush quieter. I am gonna put some teflon tape or grease under the hard top bolt area next time I take it off. For me messing with the freedom panels did nothing .

Wind noise
I had wind noise and found that the driver side freedom top was off by just a bit and it was enough to let in noise. Turns out that my top was making contact with a something right above the visor and it just pushed it up a tiny bit. I tapped it and noise gone. permanently. One down.

Rattle
Ive had the non-specific lower register rattle coming from somewhere "in the back". Could not find it. Drove me insane. Ran into the salesman that sold me the Jeep at Costco this morning and I mentioned it. He smiled and said I bet I know what it is. He followed me to my Jeep, opened the rear window and kinda scrunched the rubber gasket a bit the runs the horizontal length of the window. He said other customers have said they same thing and they finally tracked it down. I got back in the Jeep and the noise was GONE!!! The rubber was't making full contact between the tail gate rim and the hard part of the rear window frame bottom.

Clicking
I have a weird clicking noise coming from driver side dash - its random when it shows up and it not associated with turning (not ball joints) does not coincide with bumps - when it happens it happens on smooth or bumpy roads - moving or not moving. Its almost like a dial being turned a 2, 3, 5 or 10 clicks Random. It could pop up while stopped at a stop light and do random clicking for 20 minutes then go away for weeks. I cant get it to repeat on command.

2 outta 3 aint bad.
I also was experiencing the rattle noise in the back and decided to put vaseline :cwl: on the rubber parts of the tailgate and window. It fixed the problem but slowly coming back again.

Could the ticking sound be a rock stuck in the tread of your tires? I get small rocks stuck in there sometimes and they click until they get worn down or they pop out.

I have this ticking noise too from the passenger side. Still there if I remove the freedom panels. I tried removing all the "roll bar" plastic surrounds over the rear passenger door and center rear roll bar to no avail. Going to try and grease up the rubber door surrounds and see if that has any affect. Already put Teflon tape under where the hard top bolt seats.

See, I can't get mine to stop, I've tried pushing on the panels, trim, etc.
Did you try removing that last hardtop bolt, the upper one that bolts the hard top to the roll bar. For me that's what ended up being the noise. Problem is when. I loosen it ticking noise going away but I get wind/air leaking noise from that area.
