My off road pages still missing , But thankfully the Market app is there no problems. It’s four wheeling season here in California could have used and enjoyed my off-road pages several times but, I do have the market app that I will never ever use. Good job Jeep.

My wife 2019 GC never lost the orp but I did notice that her gps Latitude and longitude isn’t working but I think it never did work since we took delivery back in June. They should give us a pop up message when they do updates over the air so we know what is going on.

Ha ha, yeah the market app does seem stupid, but they must have seen some interest in it. I'm not sure who those people are, and I suspect they're probably driving models other than Wranglers. It's a shame the JL got caught up in the programming debacle but sadly I think those of us who actually like to drive and especially those who drive off the pavement are very few and far between. FCA/UConnect were likely playing to their bigger market and we got caught in the mix.
You're justifiably frustrated, but I'm sure it will be restored.... eventually. The reason I said "good job Jeep" is because I never had ORP on my radio to begin with. I could only access them through my gauge cluster and at one point we (early order Saharas) were told that we wouldn't be able to get them on our radios. So yes, they're doing a good job trying to make the app available. Those of us who didn't have it got it, and those who lost it are getting it back. Obviously not as quickly as you'd like, but the multiple posts here have shown that they are being restored, so I'm sure you'll get them back.
Again I agree you should have never lost them in the first place and I understand the frustration.
They do appear to be fixing their mistake though. I'm certainly not going to say I'm beyond making a mistake so I'll accept when someone else makes one. I may be a bit more forgiving than others though. I guess time has mellowed me a bit. Hopefully they take care of you soon. In the mean time have you given JeepCares your VIN so they can specifically address yours?

Also, a side note after thinking about how mine works/worked. Have any of you who lost them looked through the gauge menus to see if you can access them there like I used to have to do? Maybe you only lost them on the radio, but you can still use them on the smaller screen like I used to do.

They opened a case for me and I played phone tag with a Uconnect Specialist. We never actually spoke. Then Thankgiving week rolled through and I was out if town and away from my Jeep. I reset my radio and ORP came back but the next day disappeared again. A few days after that ORP came back on it's own and has since been available.

I just purchased a used 2019 JLUR with the 8.4 and the dealership is telling me they dont have an update to get the off road pages back on. @JeepCares any advice?
