I don’t know what you guys experience after 300+ pages
I’m coming from BMW X1, and my 2020 Sahara stock tires/wheels, drives pretty straight with more input than a BMW. For the most part, I think it’s a Jeep thing, and I got pretty use to it quickly.
Glad you’re in the 70% or so group that got a “good one”
Imagine that you’re driving down the road and a big gust of wind comes from the left that starts pushing you into the lane to your right. So you quickly react and cock your wheel a bit to the left to keep in your lane. Then a gust comes from the right, since you want to avoid that semi in the left lane you have to adjust to the right to avoid a certain accident. This is what happens over and over except there in no gust of wind pushing us. The jeep just tries to move lane to lane on its own accord. So we constantly have to move the steering wheel back and forth to stay in our lane and avoid a collision or going off the road. It is unpredictable as to which way we will wander and sometimes it’s every 500 feet, sometimes once in a mile, sometimes it behaves good for a few miles. No rhyme or reason, not predictable.
That’s what we experience every day and that’s what we’re upset about. It’s just aggravating and unsafe.
