Off topic, what is that front bumper? This is my 2021 "DIESELCON" with the black rhino arsenal wheels and 37" Milestar Patagonia. I found it cheaper to find the best deal for each separate. Most companies won't discount bothproducts
They have the BFGs in stock and if you PM @Discount Tire, they can probably get the wheel and price you a complete package.Discount tire is not showing armory or bf good KO2
I haven't had any issues..looks like a really heavy wheel. How do you check your rotors with this installed?
Depends if you plan to lift and if you have any fender laws in your state. Got room w/ those wider Rubicon axles to run a positive offset, it sounds like you want a more aggressive look though, so offset in the zero to -12 should suffice and allow some good room if you lift it down the road. With this Black rhino armory wheel....What offset should I be looking for..same as stock?
Hello all,
So many wheels to choose from, I am always perplexed.
I have been see sawing between wheels for 6 months now and I have decided to go with this one.
Are there any companies that sell the whole package . 4 or 5 wheels with tires mounted and balanced.
I am looking for the BF Goodrich 315 / 70 17 with the softer compound.
one more question..what should offset be if I want little or no tire sticking out past fender overhang.
Its a 2020 Rubicon Recon.
Thanks in advance for any recommendation.
Black Rhino 1795ARY-85127G71 Armory Wheel 17x9.5
I'm not sure if anyone else made note of this but the Armory wheel you picked was notorious for rusting at one point? I really like the rugged look and Black Rhino makes good wheels generally but those Hex bolts around the edge are steel and I saw numerous bad reviews because they rusted almost immediately. Hopefully they have addressed and fixed the issue by now.
QuadraTec or RealTruck sell the tire / wheel combo, I think. That -6mm sounds good. On mine, with 9" x 17"e Fuel Wheels, the sidewalls are out a little; but I've covered the tread with custom fit mud flaps, & Raptor Style, Go Rhino Running Boards. All this keeps the mud / brush off the side panels.Continue to think long and hard about the offset and tire size before blowing your load. I also didn't want anything sticking out, for fear of it looking too adolescent. However, I finally went with a -6 offset and 35s and the setup and stance is perfect. I have seen other jeep where the tires are the same size but more tucked under and it detracts to the presence in my opinion. Mine stick out about 1" past the fender, and that is perfect.
