Looking for pics of 2 door on 37's or larger with 17" wheels

Genuinely curious to see how they do with a rig that gets wheeled and 40s. Thought's crossed my mind more than once to see if I can get away with it...

I say stock, the housing is all that's left of the factory stuff. I've seen these axles take some pretty good abuse and most of the breaks I've seen involve a hold my beer moment or just random bad luck which an happen to any axle. I'm also lighter being a 2 door but anything can happen. I'm also usually not a throttle happy driver.

Same here - 2 door, and I generally try to crawl instead of throttle out, which is kind of where I'm curious how it would go with completely bone stock axles. And that makes more sense - was thinking you meant untrussed, OE shaft. I'm not brave enough to test 40s on that setup long term, was hoping you were lol

No spacers at all. Only rubbed at max steering. The turning radius is so tight on the 2door I just would never turn all the way. Otherwise no rubbing flexing or anything.

That said, I recently upgraded to AEV salta wheels. I think there are slight improvements everywhere, but factory wheels do fine.

I did 45,000ish miles on my old Gladiator with 37 KM3 on factory wheels no spacers. Never an issue.

2.5” MC lift with 37” Geolandars. No regrets! Netted about 5” lift total and 3” with just the lift. Not too bad of an install either.

Beautiful build. I have a Sarge green with a tan soft top.

what are your wheel specs? What cage is that?
