This is a picture heavy thread showing MY*JLUR LRA tank install.

#Pic 1 - View of the Fill neck Y valve. This is a supplied T that connects inline with the OEM fill line.

Pic #3 - This is taken from the rear, looking up. You can see the fuel transfer pump located high. Directly behind the fuel pump is the TPMS sensor. I shared the hardware for mounting both.

I assume this is for a JLU? By chance, is their one for a 2 door?

No. And not for the etorque either. Only the Diesel, 2.0T, and 3.6 without etorque, all JLU

You did what appears to be an outstanding install of a larger fuel tank.

What is the capacity difference between stock and the LRA tank?

Thanks,
Hunter

The diesel is available from the longranger. This is distributed by ARB Australia.

As for the 2.0T, the same 3.6 tank will fit, but you need to modify the exhaust. I plan on doing this install on my Non-Etorque 2.0. I will document the modifications required.

Cool - looks like those are local pre-order only, though. Hopefully they fully release it and make it available here - though I fear EPA restrictions will make that nearly impossible.

They are available to order to USA. I originally was going to order their kit, but found the American company that is importing and dealt with them instead.

Pricing is identical including freight. Lead times are different.

The 2 companies are Long Range Automotive and The Longranger. Both are out of Australia, where the tanks are made. The designs are virtually identical, and I have heard several variants of the explanation for the difference between the two. The owners are closely related, but they operate independently and as competitors.
