There are two options, have you tried both?
1. Pressing the dedicated locker buttons by the shifter.
2. Go to the Music screen on your gauge cluster > Cruise off (Cruise icon MUST be off the screen)> Hold the right arrow on the LEFT steering wheel controls, then press the Resume button on the RIGHT steering wheel buttons. Keep pressing Resume until reaching something like, Lock Rear, Lock Front, Lock R+F. Release the right arrow button to apply the live option.

I sometimes have better luck scrolling through the, "live" options vs pressing the dedicated locker buttons. Same with the swaybar.

Yes I tried both ways and the front won’t lock either way unless I put it in 4 Low. I just unmarried it to bring it in for the gear box TSB. I will try it again when I put it back on Thursday
