Prior to installing my lift kit, by driver side was 0.5" higher in the rear than the passenger side rear.

I installed the maximus 3 geolift, 3.5" with the falcon sp2 3.3 shocks.

After install, the side to side remained 0.5"

After driving for a few weeks (500 miles), the driver side is now 1.5" higher than passenger.

I looked at the springs and all are seated properly and clocked into the pad proper.

Couls this be a defective spring issue?

Oh man.....you may have nailed it...I was at the gas pump when I noticed it, and took out the measuring tape.

Is it really that drastic with 160lbs? Now I need to get someone to measure while I am sitting in it :)

Most lift kits allow for the gas tank by having a taller passenger side spring. Was their a left and right rear spring?

No. The spring was the same.

The problem most likely is your new springs aren’t side specific like factory springs. So you need to add a 1/2” spacer to the passenger side . You can try just doing the rear , but I did front and rear on mine. For the rear you can get some RK rear coil isolators they come with passenger side a 1/2” taller. In the front I just did a teraflex 1/2” spacer. Got it within a 1/4”.

1.5" seems extreme - especially since it is after driving and one side shifted so much. Check that the springs have not moved and are seated correctly.

I have reached out to @Maximus-3 to see what they suggest.

Can't believe a company that calls their lift kit the most complete didn't bother to have side specific rear springs. Even budget lift kits do for the most part.

Where are you measuring from? I have honestly seen a big difference between the fender height depending on temperatures. But when I measure from the rock rails it stays within 1/4” and the fender shows it’s 1” off.

I measured center fender line.

I spoke with @Maximus-3 today, and they have given me a few things to check.

I will update once I have dug into this and also take more measurements from various points.

I have 2 tasks i need to perform. I just haven't had time yet. Hopefully this weekend.
This is what @Roky was talking about. The passenger side requires a stiffer spring due to the extra weight of the gas tank. The spring correction pad effectively changes the rate, not just the height. If your springs are not labeled left and right then you’ll require this or something like it.

Update:
When I reached out to @Maximus-3 , they contacted me via phone. They had already had conversations with RockKrawler regarding the setup. 2 things they asked me to do.

#1 - Remove the rear sway bar and drive, then measure. The thought was maybe this sway bar was bent/damaged.

#2 Swap the springs left to right, drive, measure again.

My tank is at 3/4 full, which I would consider a good average capacity for most time. I also unloaded all gear from the jeep keeping it bone stock, with hard top installed.

I also took additional measurement points.

#1 The original centerline of wheel to top of fender
#2 Ground to rear portion of factory skid rail
#3 bump stop to bottom of bracket at rear.

All 3 measurements remain 1" higher on the drivers side. This was during each stage of the test.

I am going back to @Maximus-3 to see what the next step is, but my guess is that a taller spring is going to be required on the passenger side to level this out properly.
