I wanted sarge but like you said its to bright with direct light, I honestly didn't think I would like the color variation of the sting gray color but I absolutely love it.This is the picture that sold me on ordering black. I can wrap it any color I want, but black will always be a classic color. And I believe this vehicle has a good chance at becoming a future classic. I love sting grey, but not in all lighting conditions. Sarge is cool, but maybe a little too tacticool. As a USMC infantryman vet, I'd love a matte olive drab. To my eyes, sarge wasn't really od green. The bright colors, I don't really like or understand. White rubicons are beautiful, especially with black accents, but a little too flashy for me. Jeep's black is pretty boring, there's no flake or anything interesting about it unfortunately. But I always dreamed about a blacked out rubicon. I hope to find a wrap in deep midnight blue that looks black until you get close. I saw a g wagon like that, stopped me in my tracks. Anyway, I would take a pink jeep if I had to, choosing a color is just the icing on the cake.
What color is your tire carrier?Love the setup! So are you not running km3’s anymore? I was gonna go that route but went away from them.
I am having the exact same setup done my mine this afternoonYou have them powder coated? They look great. I think everyone is hoping they look like that on the new 392 XR pkg
Hey @AccuTunedJL, did you drive this stock before you upgraded the control arms, shocks, etc? mine is currently all stock and I LOVE the way it rides. I had a 19 JLUR manual transmission and this one rides exponentially better. Did the upgrades change the ride much?Wrapped up a 392 last week with some tuned Fox 2.5 Performance Elite Series shocks, Accutune 3" front springs, 1.5" rear with a 1" spacer to help with the added bumper weight. The Jeep already had Metalcloak arms and track bars on it and 37" Nittos. Note: JL front upper control arms will not work on a 392 due to the motor mounts hanging down lower... unless you want to limit your up travel quite a bit or make some modifications to the engine mounts. We opted to re use stock upper control arms for the time being. The Jeep drives spectacular! Smooth, sporty, yet planted and controlled with all that power. These Jeeps are awesome
Yes we did. With the added weight in the rear, it was very squishy and a bit sloppy. The new tuned shocks helped a lot. More control, smoother ride over bumps and dips.Hey @AccuTunedJL, did you drive this stock before you upgraded the control arms, shocks, etc? mine is currently all stock and I LOVE the way it rides.
