Mopar lift , JKS front adjustable track bar, metalcloak rear adjustable track bar and control arms, and steering stabilizer relocation kitWhat lift and are you happy with it?
Just installed it a few days ago, but I’m pretty sure I will be happy with it, have used some of the products beforeMopar lift , JKS front adjustable track bar, metalcloak rear adjustable track bar and control arms, and steering stabilizer relocation kit
Did you do all 8 control arms, or just the front lower?Just installed it a few days ago, but I’m pretty sure I will be happy with it, have used some of the products before
Nice, post up over here too, need more club members
I literally just got this 2020 Willys Sport 2 days ago. Trying to figure out just what is going on with it.
Stick Shift, only 4300 miles on it and nearly flawless. Seems like the previous owner did a few nice and easy modifications, nothing I would change and come to think of it, I probably would have added them myself!
Is you Willys stock gearing, or did you re-gear and to what?Jeep night at the ballpark. We got to ride around the field, but had to stay off the grass...
Always 8 , if you are going to spend the time installing a lift, no need to skimp , that way you get all new bushings , reduces the chance of death wobble.Did you do all 8 control arms, or just the front lower?
Stock right now, I will be regearing soon to 4.88's. I have the 6M, so it's not the worst with the 35's, I just lost 5th and 6th gears. I am leery about going off-road with the stock gears being so tall with a clutch that is somewhat suspect. Is you Willys stock gearing, or did you re-gear and to what?
This is interesting because I'm at stock gearing with stock Willys tires in a 6MT and 6th is useless, 5th I use on the freeway, but still down shift to 4th and sometimes to 3rd on the freeway to pass.Stock right now, I will be regearing soon to 4.88's. For me, that is the PERFECT 2-door Jeep stance! What size lift did you go with? It looks like you kept the factory 33" Rubicon tire and wheel size?
I haven’t changed my profile in a while, that is a 21 , I put the XR flare extensions on, mopar 2” lift, metalcloak control arms & rear adjustable track bar, and steering stabilizer relocation kit, JKS front adjustable track bar and I think that’s about it.oh, 35x11.50 R17 nitto Ridge grapplers on AEV pintler wheels. I started buying the parts for this back in December 21, just installed everything a week ago.For me, that is the PERFECT 2-door Jeep stance! What size lift did you go with?
