Looks great! You should be all set to take on any suburban speed bump or mall parking hazard as needed! Every knows you need at least a four inch lift and 40 inch tires to really off-road!
Your Jeep makes me want to say the pledge of allegiance! 🇺🇸 Very nice! 👍

Looks great. How did your acceleration change with the 37's?

I’ll be adding rubi shocks and springs to these also… parts on order!
Be sure to scotch guard the hell out of them though, never know when you might have a deep stream to cross, or a mud bog.

Throwback pic of my first Wrangler when I picked up my son's race car bed. Still have the front bumper from this one in my attic. Wish I still had the Jeep.

Looks great. How did your acceleration change with the 37's?

Acceleration? Whassat? LOL.

This is a super heavy tire and wheel combo for sure.

Street driving, crazy noticeable. Acceleration and braking. There are a set of 5.13:1 gears in my future as well as upgraded brakes all around. Doesn’t get out of 7th gear without a downhill and a tailwind. Fuel economy... I was getting 21 overall. Now I get 18. Not sure if the gears and brakes are gonna help it all, but truth is my Jeep will spend most of its commutes to the trail head area on the back of a trailer. Still be driving it around on roads a bit, or to the trailheads that’s are close, but like Moab - trailer.

Off road? not as noticeable. Overall off road I’d say tires and wheels are worth it. At this point I second guess myself for buying skid plates.

So yeah mods in the future to make this tire and wheel combo go:

RCV rear axle shafts (Fronts already done)
Gears Going 5.13:1 and hoping my little turbo 4 popper can’t break them.
Brakes Big brakes. All around. Mucho importante.
Steering PSC hydro assist or full steering conversion. We will see.

Ya know, you square headlight guys took a beating back in the day, but in the end those jeeps were pretty capable too.

Super clean.
There are pics of my 88 at Windrock on Google. My wife made me sell it when we got the 20.
I have a friend that likes to buy my cars, he has it now.

Not my first ( I couldn’t find pictures) but this was my fourth Jeep . First was M38A1 military 1955 Willis, second was a new 1975 CJ-5, third was a new 1977 CJ-7, fourth was a new 1979 CJ-5 ( which I kept and drove for 39 years) still used at the lake as a boat puller. I now have a new 2018 JLR.
