Haha. I've thought about finishing the garage since I bought the house. This 4 car space is under the house, which is nice. It gets chilly in the winter sometimes, but the garage is always at a decent temp. It's surrounded by dirt on 3 sides.
Totally get it bud

Just messin' with you...shoot, wish I had a lift!

Apparently contractors around here do not care about garage space or garage power outlets, so unless I move to the country, I do not have enough room for even a workbench. They only installed 1 outlet in the entire garage (besides the singular outlets for the opener and sprinkler). The power issue could be fixed if the house was not a rental. Ordered a soft top that arrives this week, so we will see how well we can maneuver once we hang the hardtop from the ceiling.

Not an issue just within larger populated areas. Where I live is considered the sticks here in CT and I have the same issue. Apparently builders are only paying for the minimal, if you want more you have to catch them in the build process and pay extra for each outlet. I was told $20 per.

To solve part of my issue I bought a retractable extension and mounted it next to the door opener using the second half of the outlet. Solved 90% of my issue.

I know! I can't stand all my kids' junk cluttering up the joint. And did you see those floors? Filthy!

If it were up to me, I'd have a 4 post in there already, but the wife says it's not needed. What does she know!

The next step is to get a shed to put all the kids' crap in there, and then get the floor epoxy coated.
Yeah. The shed for strollers and bikes would be awesome.

The JKR is gone replaced by a JLR two weeks ago. More of a show garage then work, but I do my own servicing. I have a Quick-Jack for getting them off the ground. My rule is all lawn stuff goes in the shed behind the garage only car stuff in here.
