There aren’t OEM LED bulbs, it’s a whole new lighting fixture, there are after market bulbs, best to head on over to the lighting forum, and take a look around. Too many opinions to cover here

No.

There are many moving parts in the complete assembly, all of which will need to be replaced. You’ll also need a computer flash. This entire project is neither cheap, inexpensive or quick.

If you take it to a mechanic, there’s a strong chance that you may get plumber butt flashed. Don’t judge the working man.
