Can't understand why my 18 JL does not have led lights but I like the look of the led lights on the rubicons and newer jeeps and would like to replace all my stock lights. Has anyone replaced their lights yet with Led ones and can recommend some for me please? thanks for any feedback.

Just ask @cosine he knows!
Whole lighting section is full of examples, The best headlights I've seen are the Oracle Oculus, the chinese knock-off Rubicon taillights are very good (at least the ones on my JL are :) )
For fog lights you can replace the bulbs w/ led versions. and I have the fender LED switchbacks too.
Here's my stuff, but I would look at better headlights like the Oracles vs the ones I have.

And a thread about the Oculus headlights

@blnewt is spot on. Lots of threads.

I have added the factory LED fog lights, tail lights and Halo oem headlights. I also added the Diode Dynamics switchback turn signals.

I would highly recommend a Tazer JL if you do any of this. The LED lighting needs programming done, see all the threads, and you either need to see your dealer or use the Tazer to update your BCM(computer) when you convert from halogen to LED lights because the circuits use less power and so cause an error when set to halogen mode with LEDs plugged in.

I love the factory lights, but I also get the draw of cheaper and / or more capabilities like different colors. Lots of cool options.

Mine is a 2018 Sport S and the LED upgrade for headlights is almost mandatory for safety, those halogen headlights are crap.

Most of the aftermarket LED sets have resistors or built in circuitry to avoid hyperflashing or dash warning notices but like Texaclone mentioned, going w/ OEM or aftermarket sets that aren't equipped w/ load resistors you will need a Taser or plan ahead by doing your homework. Luckily all the LEDs that I switched to have no issues.

I would just chime in by reminding you of the old saying "you get what you pay for", usually! Speaking from experience, I started with just an LED bulb and resistor swap into my stock halogen housings which worked & looked ok, and definitely better than the stock halogens. Since that time I have opted for the imported Kilo Master LED headlamps w/ halos off of Amazon. So far I am impressed with the brightness, although I am still trying to get the adjustment low enough so I am not blinding on-coming traffic. While these may not give off as centralized or focused beam (they have a little left and right scatter because of little side lights in the housing face) they may be just fine for me, if they last. I too was very disappointed to learn that Jeep did not make the LED light package standard, at least on a Sahara with a sticker price pushing $50K!
I have a 2017 JK with factory LED package and do really like those but I just could not justify paying nearly $1,000 to get these put on my 2018 JLU, after the fact. While I paid somewhere around $230 for my current lights there are other (better?) options out there for around the $500-$700 range as well.
Bottom line is do your research and make the best choice you can afford.
