Confirming my understanding.

The only difference between the LED Headlamp and Fog Lamp group offered on 2020 Sport S Trims and the LED Lighting Group offered on the Sahara and Rubi, is the addition of daytime running led lights and the LED tail lamps (which can be added through the Safety Group)?

Is the daytime running light the halo light on the LED headlamps?

The LED lighting group includes:
Headlamps w/ halo
Fog lamps
Fender turn/drl combo lamp
Front side markers
Tail lamps (turn, tail, stop, reverse, and side marker)
License plate lamp

Yes, the LED tail lamps are included in the safety package. They don't offer the blind spot detection sensors in the incandescent tail lamps.

Technically, the white fender light is considered the drl and the halo is more of an accent light.
