Leather seat pucker / wrinkles

My 2cents - The leather seems to be very dry. I applied leather conditioner (Chemical Guys) to all my seats and seemed to have solved any "puckering" within the leather.

We've already responded to the originator of this thread regarding this - unfortunately, we're only able to assist with vehicles within the U.S. Typically, In this type of scenario, we would recommend a visit to the dealer to inspect the concern and take photos for additional warranty review.

Per my prior response - in this scenario, we would recommend that a customer visit to the dealer to have them inspect the concern, and usually the dealer would need to take photos for additional warranty review. This would be the best course of action for other affected customers, but as always, anyone needing further assistance can PM us so we can look into their specific situation.

Out of curiosity, is your daughter still in a child seat, or sitting directly on the seat itself? One of my vehicles with leather interior looks similar, but that was due to having a child seat buckled down tightly to the child seat anchors for an extended period of time.

No child seat, she’s 11

Heard from the dealership today, they are covering replacement.

Same issue on my front seats. Only one month old and look like they are 3 years old. My 2016 Ram 2500 Limited leather seats looked brand new after 48,000 miles! @JeepCares

Not yet, but I will.

Here is mine. 1,200 miles. I rarely have rear passengers. Dealer says it’s normal and compares to others on the lot.

This is just one of a few other issues that are “normal”.....
-loose steering
-bumps/painted over welding splatter on rollbar
-heating element inside rear glass is discolored (looks like water marks)

At least my top was replaced due to cracked bolt hole over front passenger.
