Larger Tires and Tazer

I have a newbie question.......

I just changed the wheels and tires on my Sahara, I got a set of Rubicon Take offs. Not a dramatic change, and probably don't have to worry about anything other than the speedometer is off by a few MPH.

Out of curiosity, I was looking at the Tazer. Obviously I can correct the MPH by changing the tire size, but there's also a setting for Gear Ratios. Is this also something that is changed along with the tires?

Just tire size needs adjusting with the Tazer. Gear ratio is for after regearing the front and rear axles.
