I just wanted to drop a very public thank you to Quake, and especially Chas in HQ. I’ve bought a lot of Quake products recently, and Chas is the definition of a CSR that goes above and beyond. Every time I’ve worked with him, he’s been super helpful and easy to talk with. Even earlier today, I was having some issues with one light not coloring correctly, and he hopped on a video chat and helped me troubleshoot for a long time before figuring out a solution. And while I was working on wiring, he was just chatting with me about Jeeps and all the cool stuff he gets to see and do out in CO. 
Good customer service is what keeps customers coming back. Every product on the market has issues from time to time. It’s how you treat your customers when that happens that really matters. Chas is exactly the kind of guy you want to pick up the phone when it’s your turn.
