Pics of the new 38's w/ICON Rebound Pro's ( @DTS ), the ICONS look so good, the titanium is a perfect match with the Hydro Blue. Love the inner bead lock and cannot be happier.

At AllTerrain Garage after installation and before the fender chop

The new wheels and 38's look great!

Have you had a chance to fully flex yet? Did you have to adjust your bump stops?

They flexed it and ended up adding a puck both Front/Back it was barely rubbing in the back and it was hitting that front fender lip up front.

I went down to 2 in front after I put on the inners and chopped it. I think I need to remove one in the back. We went out this past weekend but didn't get into anything that really flexed it.

Jeep looks great! 👍🏻
I’m considering 38” nittos from my 37” BFG’s as well. But I’m still on 4:10’s for a while still.

Measurements with Lift and Tires

I knew they ran small but... 35" (30lbs PSI).

Awesome build thread. A more careful measurement of mine shows 35 13/16, so basically a tall 36. Base of the T-square is just under 1 9/16". The BFG company site claims 36.5. So it's a nominal 37 :)

I mean, I thought my measurements with a plastic toter were pretty scientific :)

Personally, I like the KM3s way more than the Ridge Grapplers in both ride and noise.

With the XR I have 4:56's, it's not horrible but does struggle in the mountains or any real uphill. Upgrading to 5:13s in a few weeks to fix that.

What' parts are left from the XR package? LOL not even 9 months old.

looking to buy wrangler
The goal: Waste less money. On my JK I would typically choose the cheaper item, end up regretting the purchase and buy the one I wanted but cost more anyway. Buy once and with a purpose.

==Completed Upgrades==
  • Slipstream Security Enclosure + 4" extension lid to fit fridge (about 20" tall)
  • KC Flex 3 (combo) / Flex 4 (combo) / SlimLite 6 (Spots) / Cyclone V2s
  • SuperWinch SX10
  • JTOPs USA Sun Shade
  • Outback Adventures Tailgater
  • Tazer Mini
  • MetalCloak 2.5"
  • Fox 2.5 Series Shocks
  • Fox 2.0 Front Hydraulic Bump Stops - Gen 2
  • 38" Nitto Ridge Grapplers
  • Icon Rebound Pro Wheels - Titanium
  • ARB Diff Covers (Red)
  • Redline Quicklift
  • Hammerhead Pinch Weld Cover
  • LOD Signature Sliders
  • Adams Front 1350 Drive Shaft
  • Wouxon KG1000G + Quadratec Mount
  • MetalCloak TB Frame brace and Front Spring Correction
  • Artec inner fenders (front/rear)
  • Quake LED Fender Chop Kit
  • 5:13 Gears
  • M.O.R.E Transmission/Oil Skid Plate
  • Steering Stabalizer Relocation (moved to top)
  • Bulletpoint Mounting Solution for Phone/GoPro/GMRS
==Future Upgrades==
  • Armor Lite Floor System
  • Replace KC Lights with Baja Designs
  • RedNeck Ram
  • Tie Rod brand TBD?
  • Front / Rear Bumper - Hefty Fabworks (ETA 2 Weeks)

==Cancelled upgrades==
  • Various Skid Plates
    • Front LCA and Rear shock skids
    • FAD Skid plate
    • Maybe Oil/Transmission Pan not sure if it's needed
  • Need a rack for camping; I won't fit in the garage with the lift
  • RSE Sliders w/armor (These sliders are a wife request)
    • RSE needs to get their S* together; way too many reports of issues.
  • Beadlock Rings / Powdercoated to match HydroBlue (going new Wheels)
==Failed Upgrades (No Longer Using)==
  • MekMagnet, The Vinyl sticky stuff doesn't work great; it looks terrible to close up (I could not get all air bubbles out). Good idea, but it takes a long time to install and take off, unlikely to use again. This could work for others, just not a product for me. It was high quality, and the packing was excellent.
  • Jeep logo Dog Seat - Not very secure; instead, went with a Harness+ Seatbelt clip from Petco
  • 37" KM3's
Hot machine.

Hey mlz, I can defiantly help you out getting those KC replaced with our lights. Feel free to email or call me at, [email protected] | (76)560-2252 EXT 159

Hey Brandon @Baja Designs, he was quoting my build, I am the one replacing my KC's - Nothing wrong with them but the bumpers I am getting (Hefty Fabworks) are setup to fit Baja Designs.

I have the S2 Pros for the Backup lights/ next need to get the Fog and a set of LP's not sure if I am going to put them were my KC Spots are now or on the bumper.

I am leaning towards this look - going to powder coat titanium to match my now scratched up wheels thx Rubicon Trail and put the ambers in for the fogs.
