Two key fobs accompanied my 2021 Sport. I took possession of the vehicle in late October 2020.

I bought mine on March 31 and got both FOBs.

The single fob on delivery is for all new 2021s being built and delivered, going forward, as of this month.

It's due to the global chip shortage.

Your dealer will owe you and get your 2nd fob once they become available. Unfortunately there is no ETA right now.

trying to figure out how to get a second key? i can purchase one for $150 and pay another $150 and spend a day driving to a dealer and back. is Jeep sending them? Are People getting the 2nd key from a dealer?

I got both my key fobs from my dealer when my Jeep order came in.

Per instruction from a salesman at my dealer:
Present the vehicle VIN and proof of ownership to the Parts Dept. They will order the second fob and arrange for relevant programming. Priority is given to owners who have just one fob.

I got 2 from the dealer, the Wrangler was manufactured in Oct 2021

Have the dealer or Jeep ship them to you.
