Ordered on Mar 1, got a message from Kent on March 11 that I had to choose between changing color or skipping the dual door group. Chose to skip the dual door group and keep the high velocity yellow. I haven't heard any udpates since then, although Kent did follow up last month saying we just need to keep waiting.

I did see a High-velocity yellow in town the other day and really liked the color. To go along with the ever rising interest rates i'm going to have to pay, it made waiting that much harder.

I'm shipped! mid-Sept delivery date... Is 35d turnaround time from shipped-->delivered normal for Kent-bought wranglers?

Can anybody walk me through what to expect re: financing? What rate is Peterson Jeep offering? Is there room for negotiation with a competing rate?

I know the whole 6 month refi thing, but trying to figure out what to expect before then

They explained to me that the only way this works is if you get financing through them (US Bank). The rate is not that good. I have a credit score over 800 and the rate was either 6.25 or 6.5% (I can't remember exactly). But, you're only required to do 6 payments and then you can re-finance with whomever you want. You can put as much money down as you want on the first payment, you just have to have enough left to make 6 payments.

In the end, I'm still saving thousands over what I'd spend at my local dealer.

Further updates on mine, arrived in SLC on 8/16. Shipped from Jeep on 8/6.

Also you can pay a big chunk of the total on the first payment and still honor the 6 payment agreement. Kiel in finance let me know how much to pay . This only helps if you can pay cash for most of it but it reduces the interest a lot. In my case for a 60k rubi I paid 40k on first payment.
