Today I installed my KC pro 6 gravity lights. DV8 came out with a bracket made for the JL! KC unfortunately hasn’t come up with one yet. There about 2 months away I was told. I couldn’t wait. DV8 just introduced this 50” bracket so I grabbed it and installed my lights. Check it out.

That looks soooooo good, I need to look up that bracket. Did you do all spots or a mix with some floods also?

Any follow up on this ? is the bracket holding up? any flex? has it hurt the paint?

My wife just got a JLUR and we want to take the pro6 light bar off her JK but are struggling to get a bracket, KC are still saying they are still 3-4 months away from having a product in the market :(

we are considering the KC roof rack option any thoughts?

Looks great! I did the same lights on the A-Pillars. Please let us know if you see any aftermarket rock covers for those lights. Since they're new, only the black opaque covers they come with seem to fit...

I received an email from KC today advising they are 3-4 months away for the JL kit. I hope this is accurate information as it would be very disappointing to wait, only to be told thereafter that it will be another 3-4 months. I see that Zroadz has just released a 50 inch light bar bracket for the JL which should work. However, I have been unable to find any reviews on it or if anyone has used it for the KC gravity pro 6 lightbar system. I am hesitant on the DV8 bracket due to poor reviews. Has anyone heard about how the zroadz bracket compares?

It looks like the lights on the roof rack will impede any items you put on the roof rack that may extend beyond the length of the rack, such as a yakama cargo box or skybox. For that reason we are looking at the maximus 3 rhino pioneer platform rack.

Agree with @Brew211. What is your thoughts on the lights after a year? I am torn between this and Baja Designs.

He hasn't been on the forums since he totalled his Jeep. IIRC, he got cut off in traffic and rolled it. He wasn't seriously hurt. But I'm not sure if he ever replaced his Jeep or not.

Thanks for letting us know @GreyFox. Terrible to hear that this happened to him an his Jeep. But main thing was that his Jeep kept him safe.
