Uggg, my 'set bolt' in one of my Flex lights is spinning. Does this mean it is no longer making contact behind it, or if I can manage to get everything tightened up somehow it will be fine?

It's in a really bad service spot. I used a lock bolt underneath while installing Front Runner rack. Fingers crossed, It is going to be a nasty pain in the ass if I need to take it off.

that is a Positive bus bar for the lights housing. I have never disassembled the housing before but my guess is there is another nut on the side of the chassis for the light assembly and it connects the two LED lights on the positive side. "spinning' should be expected, especially if you are looking for an extra tight fit. these nuts only need to be snugged up, not TIGHT. that said, Im sure a KC rep would be happy to help you out if you give them a call, KC has literally the best customer service in the business.
hope that helps.

Oh good timing, thanks. I just finished getting it button up and fixed. Yeah, seems like a pressure contact, so spinning was no issue (no wire inside twisting).

Got it tightened down with some needle nose and good to go.

Just installed their 10in Flex light bar on the front winch, and their 28in chase lightbar in the rear. That was the most complicated. Thanks @WTFSoCal and @Jeep Generation for the help with the wiring. I have it now wired up for a 4th brake light, another reverse backup light, turn signals. Haven't got to finish wiring up the ambers, but will have it on switch 5 for strobing ambers, and 6 for solid ambers for offroad use.

Also on my uncle's JT finally put up his pro6 light bar since his mount came in. Also swapped his Rigid lights on the a pillar for pair of KC flex pods, with two lights on each side. Haven't taken a picture of his yet.

Add me to the list of 10" Flex light bar. It's perfect for those of us looking for a minimalist light set up.

P.S. I see the @Jeep Generation Jeep parked in San Dimas all the time. My wife's parents live just down the street. I'm sure you've seen me pass by a few times in my Sting Gray JL. I'll be sure to wave next time I see you haha
