Here's our order confirmation sheet, sent on Tuesday the 29th of September.

The big things we wanted were the advanced safety group, the front camera, and of course, the color.

Contacted Jeep chat today and they said... (1020 hrs)

That we're SCHEDULED!!! (1030) All parts have been received and it will begin the build in the next few weeks!

Update today is: "I can see all the required materials for your order have been gathered and the plant has sequenced your order for production, it should be entering the build very soon!"

Additional update from dealer:

"Your Jeep is in D1 status meaning it's scheduled for production and has an estimated shipping date to leave the factory. ETA to leave the factory is 10/21. Not until we start seeing it go through the production stages will we get a better ETA when it will leave."

Oh man! Officially D1! That dreaded one I see people stuck in for months...

But just now I see the "build" is found! Woot!

10/25: Pulled build sheet using this link. Also got the ETA from dealer of 11/4 to arrive off the rail in Utah. Appraisal process for trade in starts when it gets off rail. (my initiative)
11/4: Update from dealer of 11/5 off the rail (my initiative)
11/5: Email from the dealer that it's off the train. Sent me a link to the dealership credit app. They do not have any bows... Emailed back and forth UNTIL my credit app got sent, then no response to email or a phone call. THIS is my problem with Kent. As we went to stalk the dealership lot, we see a bunch of new inventory, especially 4xes, including this one, which thanks for FB I know the orderer can't buy. It will be up for sale on Peterson's soon. My wife talks me down and reminds me he obviously just got rigs in. Let him do his job.
11/8: Update from JC. LOL This is how broken the JC is. I know it's off the rail in Utah, I moreso wanted to see what they'd say.
"Rodger, I can see your order has been released from the factory and was approved for shipping. Shipping arrangements have not been completed yet but it should be leaving soon! I do not see an updated shipping ETA, I recommend contacting us in a week for a better update"
11/9: Dealer initiated trade-in process. They asked me to use KBB, through their site. Then I went and shopped around online.

We got Kailani 2.0 on Wednesday night!

First thing the next morning, Thanksgiving, we got the soft top off. I snashed my two fingertips awful bad, but it's off.

Then some family coordination got the hard top down and off.

Immediately identified a downfall to NOT ordering the dual top group for $2500. 2.0 was missing the 4 metal brackets for the freedom panels. Robbed them off 1.0 and the only problem there is that with the ACC module two bolts can't get put in. But it's secure enough. I'll have the dealership fuck with that. It'll be money well spent to not have the hassel and it done right.

But the biggest downfall is lack of rear defrost, rear wiper and washer. ZERO hardware for it. So I'm now looking at the kit from quadratec and having the Peterson's do that too.

Have the steps to put on. The bumper too, but that'll take a little more time as the household commander would like the blue hooks swapped out.

As she stands today, Kailani is at v2.02. Hard top and stubby antenna. Hey, it's a mod
