I’m selling it because I’m trying to gets things quiet as possible inside the cabin. I believe K&N claims a 12hp increase with this intake. I noticed better throttle response with it for sure.

Yes, definitely get what you are saying. I've run cold air intakes on my other vehicles with various results.
