I'm bored. So I'm posting. I just ordered a torque plate for my Subaru EJ 2.0L 204D NA build.
Been stalled on this build for a year now and the few shops that will condescend to do just a little bore and hone work on a EJ20 only have 2.5L plates.
So I have a shop I trust, soon to have the plate, got the new pistons from Saudi Arabia, have OE forged crank and rods, upgraded bearings, etc for it's native 7500rpm redline. Got enough for 3 engines.
Just sold the '95 Impreza it was going into. Now I'm thinking 818 or Lotus 7 for a test bed while autocrossing. We'll see how the economy holds out.
