I did, mid-July. Dealership had it for nearly 3 days, but Im happy with the result. Got 2.25" in the front and 1.5" in the rear before adding bumpers and a winch. Rides great.

Thank you!! Those are the stock Sahara fenders. Hope to do some light trail riding sometime in the next month or so. Hoping Ive got a enough clearance I dont have to worry about rubbing, but we'll see. While my kids are still very young and in car seats I dont plan on anything too wild and aggressive.

That's a ton of wheel well clearance. Do you think a smaller lift would have worked too?

To my understanding Rubicons come with 4.10 gears and Sahara's come with 3.73.
Correct me if I am wrong.
How does it ride with the automatic? Is it sluggish with the 35? Does it remain in gear with higher revs?

The 4xe's come with 3:73 as I have one. I have 2.5 MC lift and skids with heavy wheels on 33's. I don't notice any loss of power but all that tanked the fuel mileage.

The Sahara (and HA) 4xe come with 3.73, but the Rubicon 4xe does come with 4.1.

I put 392 Rubicon take-offs on my Sahara 4xe and haven't noticed any loss of power or see my mpg tank.

Black rhino kelso 18x9 -18 offset w 325/65/18 ridge grapplers. Rides pretty close to stock and these tires are quiet. No rubbing issues so far on the street.

Are you still rolling this a year later with no lift and no re-gearing? I’m gonna put 295s on my stock 20x8s but haven’t decided on 34” or 35”. I don’t want a lift but I would do the teraflex 1/2” spacers plus 1/4” wheel spacers. Do you still recommend 35s with no lift?

Yes still have it. Have about 15k miles on the setup now. Haven’t had any issues but also haven’t taken it off-road. Yes would probably put spacers on if using the stock wheels.

Thanks for the update. I think I’ll get 35s and if it rubs with the half inch spacers then I’ll switch to the Mopar lift. I might as well try the $60 option before trying out the $1700 option.

Hey OP do you think 35 “ on the stock Sahara 20” wheels would work with no rubbing?

I have a Sahara with 35's and a 2.5" lift. First time serious wheeling and the tires where bottoming out and rubbing hard on the fenders. Knocked out a few of the plastic pin holders. I'm thinking a small leveling kit or spacer on all four might do the trick?? Maybe 3/4". Would love some feedback.
Also, regearing to 4.56 this week and adding a lunchbox locker in the front. My gas mileage tanked as soon as I put on the lift and 35's.

AEV Dualsport RT 2.5" Lift Kit install is in progress. Started on the back this evening. Taking my time to hopefully have it completed this weekend. Def going with the Nitto Recons 35's, haven't decided on the rims just yet. Leaning towards Fuel or Black Rhino. Would maybe consider keeping the Sahara black 20" rims, but want to see how it looks when lift is complete.
