Just changing dash 3.5” speakers?

Will I need to modify anything or can I simply unplug the stock dash speakers and plug new ones in??
I have these ready to go.

They dont plug and play: you would need something like this - https://www.crutchfield.com/p_120727902/Metra-72-7902-Speaker-Wiring-Adapters.html?omnews=14688038

If you get those specific ones, check the wires for which ones go where +/-. I had to swap mine.
