Measurements:
- distance between sport bars in cargo area
- with rear seats down, distance from inside tailgate to back of front seats, in the position pushed farthest from dash

Any and all rear cargo dimensions that determine the limiting factors for hauling things with the hard top on...
-floor of cargo area to rear opening (glass hatch hinge)
-width of tailgate opening
-width of any wheel wells, sport bars, that may further narrow cargo area
-floor of cargo area to ceiling
-folded back seats to ceiling

-depth from rear tailgate to back seats
-depth from rear tailgate to back of front seats ... with front seats in most rearward & most forward positions

We'll be armed with our cameras and will be posting live photos right from the show so let us know if there's any particular details you'd like to see. We'll also have our tape measure handy for any measurements you guys/gals want to know, so post your requests below..

I have only one critical piece of info neded: will tall guys be able to fit in the JL? the JK was a killer with the soundbar curving out to right of drivers head.

I plan on buying one if its not got goofy stuff sticking out to kill driver again

Here's the JL soundbar compared to the JK soundbar. From these pics it looks like the front edge of the JL soundbar is thinner / less thick and doesn't hang as low?

Hmm, hard to tell in some spots looks better, but then it looks like more plastic and less padding in other spots (like to drivers left). Its a game of inches though, and if its higher like it kinda looks like in picture (but head rest is down) it might be perfect. Hopefully we can get a tall guy test driver to give us the low down (no Jockeys!)

Up close and personal pictures of the fold down window setup... how it's secured when lowered, how and what is needed to lower it, etc.

• All 3 Engine Specs (too much to ask for torque curve, but comparative info including PUG vs previous model, possible PUG+BSG info)
• Manual transmission mfr , ratios and max torque specs
• Selec Trac actual TC model number & specs (including CV type)
• Power Soft top operation video
• Ask FCA for official reason why a smaller gas tank on JLU vs JK but same on JK/JL.
• FCA comment on methods being used to ensure new Aluminium pieces are isolated to prevent galvanic corrosion.
• FCA comment on new roof structure strength improvements for crush test other vehicles must pass. Possible comment on side airbags, brakes etc. as part of improved safety.
• FCA comment on minimal/no changes to payload and max towing.
• Special Editions, including 15th Anniversary of Rubicon (I expect this in the press release, but any further details you can suss out in addition to that).
• Mopar support and FCA support for aftermarket for relaction kits for rear camera and built-in parking sensors.
• Questions regarding Toledo plant including possible customer ‘Jeep Experience’ style program for JL(U) customers and recently built test track.
• Possible confirmation of production schedule aspects including N.Am. RHD models.
• Possible additional info on powertrain plans for JL including full HEV as detailed in last year’s investor’s day presentation.

And something about ‘Configuration Limitations’ as previously mentioned engines with transmissions, but additionally can one configure/add to build sheet say an 8HP75 with gasoline options or just diesel, or add SeleTrac to Rubi Trim, 2Dr vs 4Dr only, plus Roof, Body, Dash trim colour combos, things that have reasons for being in a certain default FCA configuration but would have benefit to customers in other configurations for practical or just aesthetic reasons.

And while this info will be known/made know shortly after launcha anyways by 3rd parties at least, offical Jeep statement of what OEM & aftermarket features are interchangeable between JK(U) and JL(U), bumper, rims, etc.
