What do you do?

We’re about to roll out of Clovis NM. Yesterday blew. 5.5 mpg was my personal best or worst fuel mileage I’ve ever gotten in this truck but with 28 mph sustained winds we had plenty of chances to stretch our legs. Going to drive to Farmington and stay the night. Leaving for Moab first thing in the morning.

We survived sand hollow. It was tougher than I expected, following people with 40’s doesn’t help.

Only damage is the tailgate now occasionally rubs on the lod bumper.

I think the bumper moved up as the tailgate lines look good still.

Full disclosure I had a hell of time even getting that bumper on the stock one had smashed bent ther rear quarters previously and I had a hard time getting the bolts to line up.

We had a guy on 42s doing top of the world with us. When we were done with the trail he was asking where the obstacles were lol .

Does anybody know the status of @American Jeeper ?

Our local KC club just posted a picture of his jeep on Golden Spike trail and it had clearly left the trail and gotten into an accident, it also said someone had been air lifted.

I really hope my fellow kansan is okay!

I asked around town and all I heard was that he was off trail where he was at. No mention of his condition hopefully he's ok as well as whoever got flown out.
