JLUR Rear middle seat belt

Does anyone know how to get the middle seat belt out?

Is the only way to peel leather back all the way to th front to remove the assembly?

I can get to the screw to unbolt it, and see the t handle, but can't get to assembly.

Also, do the plastic trim pieces around the car seat anchors come out? Just curious if I'm not pulling hard enough... don't want to break them.

I intend to change my seatbelts to red EXCEPT the middle rear for this reason, but also visually I think would look better staying black. In another thread the member had to take his rear seat to an upholstery shop in order to get that belt off...
