Order JLUR in January and the vehicle arrived at Dealership this week. Dealer inspection noted that the rear locker was engaged even though the instrument cluster indicated that it was not. After 3 days of back and forth with FCA they are shipping an entire new axle assembly to the dealer for replacement. Service Manager is confident it's the actuator but FCA is refusing to authorize a part replacement as they want the axle sent back to them for analysis.
I've been pressing the dealership for updates and urgency so they sent me correspondence between their tech and FCA support showing the dialogue of check this and now try that troubleshooting. It's frustrating waiting all this time for the new rig and having it stuck in limbo awaiting parts.
