Going in a different direction, I removed the end caps but have them and can attach if needed.

Comes with skid plate, fog lights and everything that came with it from factory.

I’m in Haymarket, VA but willing to meet in the DMV area.

Would it come with all hardware?
I’m currently looking at brand new for $600+tax for stubby bumper, skidplate, brackets, and hardware.
Does not include fog lights or winch plate.
