want to keep the stock rubi whees and ko2, maybe 315s?

and what full belly skid can I put on without a lift

There is a guy on YouTube....can't recall his name but he has a JL Rubicon and ran 35's without issue....he did eventually do a lift, but the video shows it flexed pretty good without a lift....of course KO2's run smaller than 35.

I am thinking about this as well. My thought is if I am not doing a lift to keep the jeep as light as possible so I am considering aluminum belly protection and probably aluminum front bumper as well.

Pretty much any skids will work with a stock Rubicon. Artec and RockHard make aluminum skid systems. There are others, but those are the ones that come to mind.
