I have Undercloak, FAD, MC Diff Covers, LOD Destroyer front (with optional tow reinforcement kit), LOD Rock Sliders. Even with the temp 1" spacer the thing sits like a dragster.Just looking at your avatar picture, it seems you have more tire to fender gap than I do. Your 37's look small!
I specifically went with the 3.5" over the 2.5" because I knew I was going to load it up with the winch, winch plate, MC skid plates, LOD step sliders, 150 lbs of tools, fluids, and recovery gear, etc. etc. If it weren't for that, I would have gone 2.5". I never measured before and after so I have no idea how much lift I actually got, but whatever it is, it meets my needs!
I like your wheels, what are they?I carry 187lbs of tools, I'm certain they outweigh my doors lol. Weight is always a big consideration.

They did the color but i don't believe its powder coated

How much has it settled...This was from the day I installed the front. It settled a little since.
not much at all(never took any measurement to be able to know). I got a lot of lift because I don't have a whole lot of added weight because I went with aluminum skid plates.
I see.. last question... would you be able to tell me how many inches it is between the bottom of the fender to the top of you tire? This would reallllly help me out.
