You shouldn't have any rubbing issues and the tire will stick out about 1.5in past the fender. Personally I would go up to a 35in tire depending on what your plans for the Jeep are as it fills in the fender better with that size lift on a Sport.

I went with a 2.5" lift and 315/70/17 tires on stock Rubicon wheels and think it came out perfect. In reality the 315's BFG KO2's aren't all that much taller.
