How do you like the Rusty’s lift? Which shocks did you go with?
The Rusty's lift was a recommendation from a Jeep tuner in my area. The Jeep as a daily driver is still comfortable and more planted than the stock suspension, which I thought was quite good until this upgrade. I would recommend the Rusty's Performance over the Basic kits. For $200 more you get a few more components that will not require any more labor to install later down the road. The shocks are Bilstein B6 4600 front and rear using a 2" adaptor. I have the steering damper, also Bilstein B8 5100, and Synergy Steering stabilizer. I had the Bilsteins before the lift and found these to be a vast improvement over the OEM.

Been on C rated 315 KO2’s for awhile. My JL is an EcoDiesel so it sat level from factory. After winch install I installed 3/4” spacer in front to get it back level. Also installed Synergy adjustable lower control arms and put some caster in it to help it track true. It rubs a little at full flex in rear. I am planning to install the Daystar 1.5” front spacers (remove 3/4”) and 3/4” spacers in rear. Also some Fox shocks for more down travel. Right now I love how it rides and drives. Tire pressure at 35.5 seems like the happy spot.

Exactly what i want to do! So this pic is 315s and 3/4" spacers in front?
Could you take top of fender to ground measurements on each setup?

I wanted to keep mine low and run 35’s. Diesel models sit level from factory. I added 3/4” spacer after winch install to level it. With 35’s on stock wheels I’m getting a little rub on driver rear inner fender liner where it bulges over fuel filler tube. Really no big deal but I ordered 3/4” rear spacer and 1.5” for front to replace existing 3/4”. Will report back after install.

This is after winch and after 3/4” spacer.
I have the 3/4” rears now but the 1,5” fronts won’t be here till the 28th. I’ll post it up after install

Love how it looks with 35's. Drives great with the torque of the 3.0 Diesel. Haven't been off-road with it since I got the larger tires but I think it will rub at full flex.
Love this look, which wheels are these?

How are you liking the Falken's? What do they actually measure out to also? Thanks!

They measure out to 34.68 inches if I remember correctly. But I love them, we had a snow storm in norcal recently and they did great.

Do you rub at all when flexing out? This is sort of what I can expect my sport to look like with -18mm offset which is about 3/4” since I want some poke sort of like yours being that i’ve got narrow axles.

Man I have no idea, I had just picked the Jeep up from the shop when I took these photos.

Should know more this weekend.
